Culinary artistry took centre stage during the second weekend of White Turf as Dominik Hartmann, Genesis Brand Partner and renowned chef, brought his “Son Nim” hospitality concept to St. Moritz. With two Michelin stars and a Green Star to his name, Hartmann collaborated with Executive Chef Andrea Bonini from the Grace La Margna Hotel’s restaurant “The View” to present an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner.
VIP guests were treated to a gastronomic journey blending Hartmann’s innovative vegetarian cuisine with Bonini’s refined culinary techniques.
