Experience Power and Efficiency: The All-New Lamborghini Urus SE Plug-in Hybrid

Italian supercar maker Lamborghini is following the trend of going electric, as the Urus SE SUV includes a plug-in hybrid for the first time in their history.

The Urus SE marks a significant milestone for the brand as it introduces a plug-in hybrid model with an impressive zero-emission range. The car boasts a 25.9kWh battery that promises over 37 miles of electric driving, making it an appealing option for top-level management members.

Equipped with an electric motor and a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine, the Urus SE delivers a maximum power output of 800PS and 950Nm. This powertrain enables the large SUV to accelerate from 0-62mph in just over 3 seconds.

Lamborghini states that the new powertrain has reduced emissions by 80%, a claim that is pending final agreement. If the official CO2 figure falls below 50g/km, the Urus SE could potentially qualify for the 12% benefit-in-kind tax band.
