Skoda has enhanced its Karoq compact SUV and Fabia hatchback by introducing additional features and upgraded engines. This is to give drivers of these vehicles a better overall driving experience.

The selection of drivetrains has stayed consistent on the Skoda Karoq, offering four petrol engines and one diesel option. However, the older 1.0 TSI unit has been swapped out for a more advanced engine that not only enhances efficiency but also boosts output by 6PS to 116PS.
On the 2023 models, customers have the option to choose between a six-speed manual or seven-speed DSG transmission for the 1.5 TSI 150PS engine.
Meanwhile, both the 2.0 TDI 150PS diesel engine and the 2.0 TSI 190PS petrol engine come equipped with a standard seven-speed DSG transmission and 4x4 capability.
The 2024MY Karoq is priced at £28,380 OTR for the 1.0 TSI SE Drive model. SE L variants begin at £30,215 OTR, and the SportLine models start at £35,130 OTR.
The Fabia range offers a variety of trim levels, including SE Comfort, Colour Edition, SE L, and Monte Carlo. Each trim level comes with additional standard features such as traffic sign recognition, wireless smartlink, and a three-year subscription to care connect.
In the SE Comfort models, there is a new eight-inch digital display that replaces the previous analogue unit. Additionally, these models now come with a larger 8.25-inch infotainment screen. The specification package is completed with a front centre armrest, textile floor mats, and two additional rear speakers.
For the Colour Edition models, there is also a larger 8.25-inch infotainment display. In addition, these models now include cruise control, rear electric windows, and rear LED lights.
SE L models take it up a notch with a 10.25-inch virtual cockpit digital display. They also come equipped with hill hold, rear LED lights, privacy glass on the rear side windows, and door sills featuring Fabia branding.

The top-of-the-line Monte Carlo versions come equipped with an 8.25-inch infotainment screen, cruise control, front seat lumbar support, LED rear lights, updated interior inserts, and hill hold.
The 2024 Fabia lineup introduces a new 1.0 TSI petrol engine, delivering a power output of 116PS (up by 6PS), paired with either a six-speed manual transmission or an optional seven-speed DSG.
Prices for the 2024 Fabia series start at £19,730 OTSR for the 1.0 MPI SE Comfort model, while the Monte Carlo variants start at £22,965.
