  • Abusive, threatening or aggressive language or behaviour
  • Discriminatory or offensive remarks
  • Sexual or personal harassment
  • Any form of intimidation or bullying

How We Respond

If an incident occurs, we will:

  • Politely but firmly ask the individual to stop
  • Record the incident for our records
  • If necessary, take further steps, which may include limiting or ending our business with that person or contacting the police in serious cases
