How long we keep information

We will not hold your personal information for longer than necessary. If you are a customer we will hold personal information about you for a longer period than if we have obtained your details in connection with a prospective relationship.

Our statutory retention period is 6 years from the date of your last enquiry unless there is a further legal or regulatory requirement to do so. Where you have provided consent to marketing, your data will be retained for marketing purposes until you opt-out.

We will then dispose of your information securely. Your personal information may be kept for longer than 6 years if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.
