After your Lease Enquiry

During normal business hours the DreamLease team endeavours to respond to your enquiry within half an hour. Our Leasing Consultant will then provide you with a personalised lease quotation and answer any questions you may have regarding the leasing process, the finance or the vehicle in question. DreamLease is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and our leasing consultants have many years of experience in the industry.

Leasing Order & Delivery

Once you have selected your perfect car lease you will be asked to complete a finance application form. DreamLease will then process your application with the funder of the specific lease deal. Please note that DreamLease is a credit broker and not a lender. Once the funder accepts the finance proposal, DreamLease will contact you with the good news and our team will ask you to sign your order form, this then allocates the car to you. At this stage, our processing fee is raised and our administration team will guide you through the finance agreement.

Leasing Processing

Upon receipt of your signed order form, your vehicle will be ordered with the supplying dealer. Our administration team will keep you updated with the estimated delivery date of your vehicle and be on hand to answer any further queries you may have.

Your vehicle will be allocated a registration number before delivery. If your vehicle is pre-registered stock, you will be informed.

Delivery Included with Every Lease

Our administration team will contact you to arrange delivery on a convenient date. You will need to arrange fully comprehensive vehicle insurance to start on the day of delivery.

Consumers – following your 14-day cooling-off period, DreamLease will deliver your vehicle directly to your home address.

Business customers – your vehicle will be delivered to your business address.

*Please be aware that the supplying dealership is responsible for deliveries. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, please contact DreamLease so we can assist in resolving them.

End of Lease and Renewal

At the end of the lease term, you must arrange for the funder to collect your lease vehicle. Some funders allow you to extend the lease, however, this is not guaranteed. We will contact you before the end of your lease to assist you with the return and provide quotations for a new vehicle.
